A Revitalised Waterfront
Landmark

Located on Bellingham's downtown waterfront, the Granary Building forms the gateway to an exciting new Waterfront District.
Enjoying a prime location by the water’s edge at the corner of West Chestnut and Central Avenue, the Granary offers stunning views of Bellingham Bay.

The Granary is a six-storey over basement retail & office building
renovated and modernised to the highest of standards

Conversion of the historic grain elevator began in 2015. It was the first building to be renovated by Harcourt Developments having been abandoned for years.
Now completed, the building is perfectly suited for a variety of uses, including premium office, restaurant, and social spaces.

Retail Accommodation

The Granary provides prime and unparalleled retail accommodation set on the water’s edge, where Whatcom Creek meets Bellingham Bay. Central Avenue Pier, a pedestrian area, creates an inviting frontage to the retail space.

Office Accommodation

The Granary caters for the modern office occupier boasting contemporary yet characterful workspaces. The intelligent design of the building provides accommodation that can be offered in its entirety or in separate suites
